- Before Shipment: If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it by contacting our customer service team. We will issue a full refund promptly.
- After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you may still cancel it. However, you will be responsible for returning the item(s) in their original condition and covering return shipping costs.
