- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return.

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item(s) received were defective or damaged.

- Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

3. Return Authorization

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item(s).

4. Refund or Exchange

You may choose to receive a refund for the returned item(s) or exchange for another product of equal value. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
